Finally done for night. THINK this will complete the upper level difficulty.

So basically too many ships is bad for enemies (around 20 it starts getting silly).

So.. No 17 is the max.. but after that they begin to grow in power.  more hitpoints, more weapons.  So they take longer and longer to kill each level.
