Added new fixes
Bullets and weapons different color for player spacship so user can tell better what's going on in the battle
Spaceship now increases in power each level
Hitpoint, bullets, mines and missiles get more powerful as the user conquers levels.
Some Level Background fixes to level 11 and level 17

New mods out.
Ship now increases in power over time, bullets, missiles, and mines now upgrade as well as hit points as the levels progress in difficulty.
