Too many ships!!! Had to fix that

Soooo Rather then facign 23-40-60 ships which gets so cluttered it's beyond.
I limit the possible number to 15 at level 15.
From there each level the Enemies have more and more hit points and become harder to kill...   So it's the same more balls out sqaud of 15 getting more an more powerful basically after level 15.   

Having more honestly didn't play well (the game played it just was too hard)
